The final, gold trophy is awarded for completing an unspecified challenge but as is the case with every trophy on the list, it will probably pop organically as you play through the game. Each area does not take too long, but they are scattered around the island and feature a new puzzle style that you may not have come across yet. Eleven of the trophies are awarded for activating a laser in a specific area, after completing a set of puzzles – nine of which are gold and two of which are silver. The list is made up of one platinum, eleven golds, and two silvers, making it a great list for increasing your overall trophy level. Each trophy, when looked at individually, is quite easy, but the length of the game means it could take a long time to unlock each one. There are only 14 trophies, including a platinum 12 of the trophies are story related but all of them are hidden. The trophy list in The Witness is a strange one. Completing the story will get you a lot trophies and a little bit of extra effort will get you a platinum trophy and six golds. The gold for each episode is awarded when you ‘interact with all the clues and items of interest.’ The Wolf Among Us is another game that followed this style of trophy list and it was not difficult. Each episode has 7 trophies (5 bronze, 1 gold, 1 silver) and all but the gold are unlocked by completing the episode – a la Telltale games. The last one came out in early March and we don’t know when the next one is due to release. So far only two episodes have been released, spread over a long period of time. The whole season will have 36 trophies, including a platinum, split over six episodes. As is the case with many episodic games, the trophy list is very simple. It is an episodic alternate history noir game developed by A Crowd of Monsters in which the player tries to find clues and solve a mystery. You may not know what exactly Blues and Bullets is and that’s OK. However, since you will find many of the collectibles during your first playthrough, it will not take long to clear everything and get the platinum. Many of the trophies are for finding collectibles, including all the holocards(gold) and all the gold bolts (silver). To platinum the game, you will have to beat it twice, once being in challenge mode, where you can continue to upgrade your weapons and find collectibles. There are also hidden trophies for doing certain things in the game, such as, being eaten by a shark on one of the planets. Ratchet and Clank’s trophy list is made of 47 trophies including 30 bronzes, 14 silvers, 2 golds, and a platinum.Ī large number of the trophies, including one gold, are unlocked by completing the main story. Of course, the series has been popular with the adult gamer, but the games have always been developed with accessibility in mind and the trophy list of this reboot is no exception. Released in April, Ratchet and Clank is a child friendly game with light humor and colorful characters.
